Manual therapy is an important element in the treatment and rehabilitation of vertebral pathologies. The method of exposure is selected from the criteria for assessing the patient's condition. During the manipulation there should be clear indications and opportunities for its implementation, so that there is no fear and unjustified negative expectations on the part of the patient.
Manipulation (a sharp controlled push or pressure) is carried out only within the physiological volume of the joint and does not go beyond the boundaries of its anatomy. It is absolutely safe and can be accompanied by a crunch - the sound phenomenon of shifting articular surfaces. Between manipulations, soft techniques are performed in combination with spinal traction, a super inductive system, shock wave therapy, acupuncture, kinesiotherapy, massage and physiotherapy.
