What is Therapeutic Physical Culture (LFC)?
The essence of therapeutic physical culture lies in organizing correct movements, from a physiological perspective, aimed at restoring the body, its individual systems, and functions. Properly dosed physical activity does not harm the body but helps it strengthen and regain strength.

Important! Despite some exercises appearing simple and easy to some individuals, they should be performed under the strict supervision of a doctor. We also provide exercises for independent home use after completing the treatment.
